ARENA runs live quizzes inside your CRM sub-account. Put the host screen on the big screen, and players answer on their phones. The same quiz also works as a self-paced link, and every identified score lands on the contact, ready for your workflows.

How it works

Install. Add ARENA to your sub-account. It sets up its contact fields and tags for you.
Write. Build a quiz in Studio, or start from a sample quiz.
Go live. Press Go live, put the host screen up, and share the join code or QR code in your webinar, course or meeting. Players join on their phones.
Act. Identified players' scores and tier tags land on the contact. Your workflows take it from there.

Features

Live quizzes. A host console for the big screen, with the answer spread, a leaderboard and a podium. Players join by PIN, QR code or link, and nicknames are checked as they arrive. ARENA has no built-in link to your webinar, course or meeting tool: you share the join code or QR code on screen.
Rejoin after a drop. A phone that locks rejoins where it left off. A host who drops reconnects into the same session.
Studio. Six question types, timers, points and explanations. Choose a scoring mode, a pass mark and retake rules, then publish a version.
The same quiz, self-paced. Personal links for contacts, public links, and an embed for funnel pages, with optional email capture and consent. Graded assessments for courses.
Scores in your CRM. For identified players, score, best score, pass or fail and a mastery tier as contact fields, plus a tier tag. The tiers are fixed: 80 and above mastered, 50 to 79 developing, below 50 needs support.
Workflow steps. "Send a quiz" and "Wait for quiz completion", with branches for Passed, Failed and Did Not Complete. ARENA's own triggers are coming soon.

Certificates? Issue them with your CRM's own Issue Certificate action, started when ARENA adds a tier tag.

Who it is for

Webinar hosts and event teams. Open with a live quiz, keep the room awake, and show the podium on screen.
Coaches and trainers. Run a live quiz in a session, then send the same quiz by personal link and see each contact's score and tier in your CRM.

FAQ

Does ARENA send emails or texts?

No. ARENA writes a personal link to the contact, and your own workflow sends it, from your own domain and number, with your own unsubscribe handling.

Does it work with my webinar, course or meeting tool?

You use it next to them. ARENA does not connect to your webinar, course or calendar tool. Share your screen with the host console, or show the join code or QR code in the room, and players join in their phone's browser.

Do players need an account or an app?

No. Players join in their phone's browser with a PIN, a QR code or a link.

Will every player become a contact?

No. Live players who join with a nickname stay anonymous, and their results show in Studio. Anonymous players on a funnel stay anonymous unless they choose to share their name and email with consent. Players you invite with a personal link are already your contacts, and their results go to their contact record.

Do ARENA's workflow steps cost extra?

ARENA's workflow actions are premium workflow steps, and your CRM provider may bill your sub-account per execution under its own pricing. ARENA's triggers, when they arrive, will be premium too. ARENA's fields and tags also work with your CRM's standard Tag Added trigger, which is not a premium step.

Can I issue certificates?

Yes, with your CRM's own Issue Certificate action on your Memberships template, started when ARENA adds a tier tag. A certificate verification page from ARENA is coming soon.

What happens to player data?

Anonymous attempts are deleted after 30 days. Admins can export or erase a participant's data from Studio. The full details are in the privacy notice.
